DELIVERY OF ORDERS

If BOGAS is unable to deliver the goods ordered and paid for in advance to the purchaser for objective reasons beyond the company's control, the purchaser shall be refunded the full amount paid. In such a case, the amount paid in full refers to the actual costs incurred by the customer.

Delivery time

Standard delivery time is 1-5 days. The buyer must accept a possible extension of the delivery period due to delays caused by the manufacturer or unforeseen events and not under the control of BOGAS, in accordance with Ordinance No. 21/1992 on Consumer Protection, as amended.

Exceptions to the standard delivery period are gift vouchers ordered, which will be delivered by instant email following completion of the order confirmation process.
Goods delivered will be accompanied by an invoice, which serves as a financial document as well as a warranty document, unless otherwise stated. The customer's use of a gift voucher for the purchase of the goods will be duly reflected on the invoice.

The buyer is asked for the delivery address when completing the order.

If the desired goods are not available or problems have arisen in the meantime with the delivery, BOGAS representatives will inform the customer without delay using the existing contact details.
If the goods are not received by the customer within the time set for delivery, and the customer has not been contacted by BOGAS, the customer can call 021 642 7788 or contact BOGAS by e-mail at [email protected].

Shipping, packaging and payment terms

Purchased goods are sent properly packaged and payment is made according to the method chosen by the buyer. For each order, the shipping charge is indicated separately. It should be noted that the transport charge is borne by the buyer.

BOGAS retains title to the goods until the full price of the goods has been paid.
Any other transport costs arising between the carrier and the customer after the goods have been delivered by BOGAS shall be paid by the buyer.

If the customer chooses to pay online, the transaction will be processed through PayU. BOGAS does not request or store any information about the buyer's bank card(s). This information is strictly confidential and is processed directly on the servers of the online payment service provider.

Also, in the case of online payments, BOGAS is/cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the customer, including, but not limited to, currency conversion fees applied by the bank issuing the card, if the issuing currency is other than RON. The customer is responsible for this.

Delivery methods

Delivery is via GLS courier. Pick-up of goods by buyers from BOGAS offices is accepted.

Parcel exchange

The cost of exchanging parcels due to the customer's fault is 25 lei.
