Returns
Conditions that must be met if you wish to return a product in the case of individuals. For orders placed by legal entities, please read the information at the bottom of this section.
Please read carefully the information on this page that will help you correctly register a return request for one or more products.

To accept the return of Bogas products, the condition is that the products must be in the same state as they were delivered (not damaged, showing no signs of wear, not washed, without stains or tears, and with all tags intact).
Due to the types of products we sell, we reserve the right to refuse any returned product that does not meet the acceptance conditions and cannot be resold as a new product, as it may endanger the health of buyers.
We recommend trying on the products without removing the cardboard tag and the plastic seal.
You should know that the return of a product without a label and seal cannot be accepted.
The products marked in the return form must be handed over to the courier in full, exactly as selected on the site when requesting the return, and no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of receiving the order, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
If the return package contains different products than those listed in the completed form, the collection and registration by us will be refused and returned to the client at the client's expense.
Product categories that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear and/or swimwear, as well as earrings, cannot be returned, as they may endanger the health of new buyers (according to OUG 34/2014 art. 16, lit. e).
How to make a return

According to Romanian legislation (regulated by OUG 34/2014), you can return purchased products without penalties and without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date you received the products.
Return Procedure and Costs
To return one or more products, please follow the 3 steps below.
1. Open the Return products section. Here you will find a form where you can select the products you wish to return and that can be returned according to the return conditions. Select the order, then the products and the reason for the return. After registering the return request, you will receive a return registration number.
2. Call a shipping company of your choice (GLS, DPD, DHL, etc.) to have a courier to pick up the items do you want to return. Specify the pickup address (your address where you want the courier to come to pick up the items) and the destination address (BOGAS SHOP SA , Str. Lalelelor, no. 12, Merii Petchii, Ilfov County, Romania, Phone : +40768669580).
3. Pack the products exactly as you received them, in the personalized pink Bogas box or, if applicable, in the personalized pink Bogas bag and wait for the courier to come to pick up the package.
Procedure for refunding the value of returned products
1. After we check the products you have returned, we will inform you if you have sent us products that do not meet the return conditions.
2. If the products you are returning were paid with a shopping card, credit card, debit card, or PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the associated account or your PayPal account. If you paid cash on delivery, we will refund the money to a bank account indicated by you, which we kindly ask you to send us in writing along with the account holder's name, on a sheet of paper in the package with the returned products.
3. The refund for the returned products will be made within 14 days.
Things to know in case you send us products that do not meet the return conditions
We reserve the right to apply certain penalties or refuse the return of products and the refund if:
1. The products have been worn or have improper odors (100% penalty and the product will be returned at the customer's expense).
2. The products no longer have the seal attached, or the labels are torn (100% penalty and the product will be returned at the customer's expense).
3. The products are not in their individual packaging, meaning in the transparent plastic bag with the product name label, price, and barcode (penalty 50%).
4. If the package is not packed exactly as you received it, meaning in the original BOGAS box (custom pink cardboard box), a penalty of 15 EUR will be charged.
All packages leaving our facility are packed in front of cameras; therefore, in case of any misunderstanding regarding the packaging or contents of a package, we will carefully review the footage of the moment the package in question was packed.
Also, return parcels are checked in front of the cameras, therefore we reserve the right to refuse non-compliant products!
According to OUG no. 34/2014, SC Bogas Shop SA reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may deteriorate or spoil quickly.

According to the current legislation, you have at your disposal the CONSUMER PHONE: +4 021-9551 of the National Authority for Consumer Protection.
Given that the current legislation does not provide a right of return for legal entities, our return policy specifies that Legal Entities are only entitled to PRODUCT EXCHANGE. They cannot RETURN.
The product exchange is carried out by returning the products and receiving a voucher equal in value to the returned products after we receive the return package.
